Dear Rose and Frank I just wanted to take the time to thank you for being a part of my wedding. The Chocolate Fountain was a huge hit. When my husband and I entered the reception hall, everyone was in line for the Chocolate Fountain! The fountain ended up being one of the biggest highlights or our reception. That’s what everyone was talking about. Every guest that I talked to that night complimented the Chocolate Fountain. Again and Again, I heard that the Chocolate Fountain Is “AWESOME” or that it was very “UNIQUE”. The conversation about what was being dipped in the chocolate never got old either. People really loved the pineapple dipped in the chocolate, even thought they never would have put chocolate and pineapple together. When I think about the reception , the only regret that I have is that I didn’t visit the Chocolate Fountain enough! I think that I knew the chocolate was a true hit when I saw everybody’s pictures from the reception. Everyone took at least two pictures of the fountain. Rose and Frank Just want to let you all know the Chocolate Fountain will be talked about for a long time in Fulton. It was a great conversation piece as well as everyone enjoyed it very much. Ashley was so surprised when you made her a plate and made sure the bride did not get any chocolate on her dress. Dear Rose Thank you so much for helping to make Christ’s and Mark’s wedding such a special day. Christy was just thrilled with the decorations and the personal attention you paid to her during the planning of the wedding and on the day of the wedding. She and (we) truly felt that the day was as important to you as it was to us. We knew that we had made a perfect decision from the very beginning. Your attention to detail and your willingness to go out of your way to make sure that Christy had what she wanted… even to the red fabric for the table drapes was comforting. The extra touches you added to the screen behind the cake and the arch behind the head table are just a couple of the examples of the extra special we received. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the decorations were. I also thank you for taking care of covering the table for the DJ. What can I say about the Chocolate Fountain? That was also a huge hit! Christy wanted a Chocolate Fountain at her wedding since she attended a wedding that you had done a couple of years ago. She loved it. Dear Rose, I realize Sarah’s wedding was way back in June, but honestly, this is the first chance I’ve had to sit and reflect on her reception and that awesome Chocolate Fountain. Please use our name as a reference. Our daughter has dreamed of a fairy tale wedding since the first time she heard the story of Cinderella. She would speak of family and friends enjoying a big party afterwards with a certain sparkle in her eye. Sarah has been to weddings since she was a child and we’ve often wondered what would create THE most memorable reception ever… a Chocolate Fountain! Since the moment we contacted La Mantia’s we knew we had chosen wonderful people to work with who shared our fairy tale vision. Our family and friends were as thrilled as we were with the display of dipping choices and the delectably smooth chocolate taste. I wanted a straw! Dear Rose: Contacting La Mantia’s Chocolate Fountain to provide a chocolate fountain and to assist in decorating for our daughter’s wedding reception was the best decision we made in planning the wedding. The wedding cake table and the Chocolate Fountain Table wer both elegantly decorated by Rose La Mantia to complement the overall ambience of the room and to coordinate with the wedding colors. These tow tables were indeed the ‘showplace” of the entire room. For a very reasonable fee, Rose agreed to decorate the dining tables and the guestbook and gift tables to match. Imagine the look on the guest’ faces as they entered the banquet room, stylishly adorned with tall vases of calla lilies and ivy and aglow with votive candles tied in ribbons of the bridal colors, all artfully prepared and set-up by Rose La Mantia. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed the delectable chocolate fountain treats and the elegant decorations, and we were deluged with compliments throughout the evening. In addition, the bride and groom were exceptionally pleased with their pictureperfect wedding reception. We highly recommend La Mantia’s Chocolate Fountain. They helped make our daughter’s wedding a perfect memory that we will cherish forever. They decorated the table elegantly to match my wedding colors, along with lights to showcase the fountain. Everyone had a great time and couldn’t stop talking about how good rice crispy treats taste dipped in chocolate. I did not want a wedding cake so we used the chocolate fountain as a substitute and my husband and I fed each other strawberries. I knew the chocolate fountain was a hit when I walked into my reception and my flower girls and ring bearers were covered in chocolate. t wasn’t till after my wedding was over and I got a chance to look at the pictures that I was absolutely impressed by La Mantia’s professionalize and attention to detail. Rose, Thank you so much for everything! The reception was so much fun and it looked beautiful! Everyone loved the chocolate fountain. The La Mantia’s Chocolate fountain was the highlight of my wedding reception! The presentation of the fountain and all the food for dipping was beautiful. The La Mantia’s were very professional and everything worked very smoothly. They gave ma a list of the best food to bring for dipping which was very helpful. The chocolate was absolutely fantastic! When we walked into our reception, most of our guests were already their, and there was a huge line of people lined up-not for the bar, not for food- for CHOCOLATE! Rose. I want to drop you a line now that all the wedding hustle and bustle are over. There are not enough good things I can say to you about the chocolate fountain that we had at the wedding. Everyone around here had talked about it for days. I wanted something special for the wedding and that was it. Your staff was courteous, you were helpful picking out items to have with the fountain and in the end it was to die for! One of the gentlemen at the wedding took a business cart so that if anyone would ask about it he could put them in contact with you, so look forward to more trips up towards Hermann. Dear Rose and Frank, The La Mantia’s Chocolate Fountain was the biggest hit at my 50th Birthday party!! The chocolate and fruit were delicious as the long lines attested to it, but what made this special was the personal service Frank and Rose La Mantia provided during the entire party. They arrived prior to “party time” and had everything prepared and set up by the time the first guest arrived. All our guests, from children to grandparents complemented us on the chocolate fountain. Dear Rose, La Mantia’s Chocolate Fountain is a MUST HAVE for any party occasion. We rented La Mantia’s chocolate fountain serves for our March, 2005 wedding, and I must say that the fountain was the biggest hit of the wedding. Even our meal caterer sat down and had a plate of chocolate covered goodies, and commented how fabulous it was! The chocolate fountain added a very memorable novelty to the wedding, and people are still talking about it! Their presentation was fabulous and their fountain tenders were very personable and really made everyone feel very comfortable. If you want as memorable event – just give rose and the gang a call.
